RETURNS POLICY
We offer a comprehensive 30 Days Return Warranty:Defective merchandise including stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference to photos, and major difference between the photographed product and the product received are subject to exchange within 30 days.
☆Please note that :
-The Return/exchange Policy excludes perceived quality, fabric, color aberration issues caused by personal or subjective judgment & size issues caused by personal neglect since we have indicated the size,color and fabric on our page.

If you have a problem after receiving your order please send an email to our customer service at service@baseusclothing.com
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:
1. Please send us your order number, and describe the issue and provide us with a picture(s) that displays the problem.
2. Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.
II . RETURN POLICY
If you do not satisfied with our goods and want to send them back to get a refund or an exchange, you can send a message to our after-sale Customer Service (email address: service@baseusclothing.com), they will reply you in 24 hours and give you further information and some useful advice.
1. It's important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Baseusclothing when sent back.Please be sure to tell us the item that needs to be returned or exchanged and get the return address before you return it, also, you need to include your order number on the return form and give us the tracking number after sending the item back. No refunds will be given for those who cannot provide a tracking number.
2. For products with quality problems, you do not have to be sent them back and we will take a full refund/partial refund, but please make sure you contact us at service@baseusclothing.com, we will provide you with a satisfactory solution to minimise your loss.
3. Please use the freight prepaid shipping service for your return, we do not support the refund service for the return of the freight collect service now.
4. Please do not return the package to the address on the waybill, that is not the return address. Otherwise no refund will be given! After we make sure that we have received the return package, we will contact you and give you a refund or an exchange.
III. Returns can be accepted within 30 days as below
The returns from our customers are acceptable within 30 days after you get the package. when we confirm the arrival of the package you returned, we 'll refund you the payment. Items that can be returned or refunded of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached. and will not affect the secondary sales.
2. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received.
3. Items received in the incorrect size/color.

Ⅴ. Full Refunds
We offer the full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer's own fault cannot apply for the refund.
Partial Refunds
We also offer a partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get a partial refund.
Ⅵ. ORDER CANCELLATION
- We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
- You will be refunded 95% if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase because we will charge 5% cancellation fee. (Normally, you will receive the refund within 3 working days) Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
- For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee is applied.
- For products that have not been shipped for more than 7 days or are out of stock, no cancellation fee will be charged if the customer applies to cancel the order.
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
Important Notice:
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
